First time trying on dresses?

It can surely be your last.. I think a common misconception of wedding gown hunting is needing to go to every place in your surrounding area. I have many brides who see my store first and they all say the same thing, "Well I wasn't prepared to find something so quickly and I think I need to look around a bit." And they all come back to the dress they fell in love with and spent hours comparing other dresses to 'the one.' My best advice is to look around in magazines and bring in pictures of styles you like, then when trying on you can get a feel of what style you love, and from there, you are surely to find your dress!
